When you're on your own land you have no restrictions on times, other events on at the same time, you can choose your own caterers and you can supply your own alcohol.

A small marquee, placed serenely in the clients garden. The marquee was for 60 people but could happily take 30 more. This was a tremendous idea as the heavens opened.
